Pricing
All prices are displayed in your selected currency and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing errors, stock inaccuracies, sold-out items and technical errors that may affect product information or pricing. If an obvious error has occurred, SimEdge reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the order. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.
Payment
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout through Shopify Payments and its payment partners.
Order processing begins once payment has been successfully authorized. The estimated delivery time for each product is displayed on the relevant product page.
Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed on each product page.
If unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible. If your delivery is significantly delayed, you have the right to cancel your purchase in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Shipping
Available shipping options and shipping costs are always displayed at checkout before your purchase is completed.
Right of Withdrawal
Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Products must be returned in substantially unchanged condition, complete and, where possible, in their original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Claims
If a product is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or develops a defect, please contact us at support@simedge.se within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.
Claims are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Uncollected Shipments
If a shipment is not collected and is returned to SimEdge, we reserve the right to charge the costs incurred for return shipping and administration.
Product Information
We strive to ensure that all product information, images and specifications are as accurate as possible. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturer updates, specification changes or differences in how colours are displayed on different screens.
Force Majeure
SimEdge shall not be held liable for delays or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, transport disruptions, strikes, war or other unforeseen events.
Disputes
In the event of a dispute, SimEdge follows the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), where applicable.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
Any dispute should, in the first instance, be resolved through dialogue between the customer and SimEdge.
