Returns & Warranty
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If a returned product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value.
Return Conditions
- The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition.
- The original packaging, accessories and any labels must be included.
- Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Return an Item

- We will send you return instructions as soon as possible.
- Carefully pack the product according to our instructions and return it to us.
- Refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Warranty & Claims
Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer and the product. Information about any applicable manufacturer's warranty is available on the relevant product page or upon request.
In addition to any manufacturer's warranty, you are always entitled to make a claim for defects that existed at the time of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
